Hawaii, USA

Hawaii is one of the most popular destinations for surfers of all abilities, but even if you’re a surfing pro, you’ll be able to find waves that excite and challenge you. For the experienced surfer, you can head to Banzai Beach on the north coast of Hawaii’s island, O’ahu. This is where you’ll find Pipeline, a surf reef break which creates some incredible waves you won’t be forgetting in a hurry. If that’s not enough for an adrenaline junkie, you can brave Jaws at Pe’ahi on Maui where swells can reach up to 70 feet. If you’re looking for something a little more relaxed, you can try out the famous Waikiki Beach where you can expect a more casual surfing experience. Other popular Hawaiian surf spots include:

  • White Plains Beach
  • Waimea Bay
  • Hanalei Bay
