With gorgeous beaches, sparkling oceans, and a chilled out vibe, there are loads of reasons to book London to Sydney flights and enjoy Australia’s biggest city.

Whether you want to climb up the Sydney Harbour Bridge or meet the local wildlife at Taronga Zoo, there’s loads to see and do in this great city.

Of course, your first port of call will probably be the iconic Sydney Opera House, and one of the best ways to experience it is via ferry boat.

Your next port of call should be the equally famous Harbour Bridge, which you can climb up for some of the best views in the city.

The Taronga Zoo is also always popular and is home to more than 2,900 exotic and native species.

After all that excitement, you’ll probably want to chill out on one of the city’s many beaches, with Bondi Beach being the most well-known, proving popular with tourists as well as locals, especially for surfers.

You can also catch the ferry from Circular Quay to Manly, which has great views of the harbour and opera house or take a walk down to Shelly Beach, all of which have their own attractions.

The city is also great for shopping and food, and just like London, is home to its own Oxford Street, which is the home of the majority of fashion retailers.

For culture, you should head to The Rocks, and for a good night out go to Kings Cross or Darling Harbour, all of which have got a great variety of bars, pubs and clubs.

While there are no direct flights from London to Sydney, there are numerous indirect routes you can take, via such locations as Singapore, Dubai, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Abu Dhabi, with the shortest journeys taking around 21 and a half hours.

Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport is about 8 miles from the city centre, and there’s a 13-minute Airport Link train to Central Station, or you can also catch a taxi, which will take around 20 minutes.
