A: If you have a problem or accident on holiday, you need to inform the overseas supplier of the activity you are involved with, if applicable i.e. if a problem or accident at your hotel, speak to the hotelier, or if an incident occurs during an excursion, the excursion company or its agent. You must also ensure that your insurance company is informed about any problems or incidents as soon as possible.

Q: What do I do if I need to change my return date?

A: You need to contact your airline immediately to see if you can change your flight. There is likely to be a fee for changing flights if available and this will vary dependent on airline and availability. There is no refund for cancellations or missed flights as per Globehunters Terms and Conditions. You will need to notify the airline of any changes to your booking and for any non-attendance on your flight.

Q: Can I hire a car in resort?

A: You certainly can book car hire with Globehunters, but advise that this is done at least 24 hours before departure to ensure we can process your booking and reference in time before your departure. We offer many car hire services at the major hub resort destinations and airports. If you would like to add car hire after you have booked your holiday, please call our Reservations Team on 020 7183 3661 or book separately online via our Car Hire search facility.

Q: How will we know where to collect our car hire from?

A: For all car hire bookings with Globehunters, we issue car hire documentation with all other relevant holiday documents. This will explain in detail exactly when and where you will be able to collect/return your vehicle. Click here for more information about Car Hire.
