Q: If I book online, is the information I give and the payment details I supply secure?

A: All payments made via our website are fully secure – you will know this as you will see a padlock logo come up as you enter the booking section of our website. Personal information given to us is transmitted securely via this security system and details are encrypted by RBS Worldpay to make sure they cannot be accessed by any other third party.

Q: What elements of my holiday can I book online?

A: Flights, accommodation, car hire and package holidays can all be booked online for many of our holidays. Some tailor-made itineraries will need to be requested online or over the phone, as well as some accommodation to the more remote destinations. Additional services such as holiday extras: car hire, transfers, insurance etc. will be available to book online as long as you do this when confirming your holiday. If you do not book these additional services then, you may not be able to add this to your booking online at a later date. However, you can easily add these elements to your holiday if you call our Administration team on 020 7183 3661.

Q: Are prices shown on your website up-to-date?

A: Prices and holiday availability for all holidays are updated every day. The price you pay is the amount shown when you confirm your holiday and not before. You will only be liable for this cost (as confirmed on your payment screen) once you have confirmed your booking and payment details. Some flights and holidays are on request only basis and the final payment price will be confirmed back to you by the agent you have been speaking to when you are ready to proceed with the booking

Q: I was trying to book my holiday online this morning but there seemed to be a problem?

A: At times we may be updating our website which may cause you problems when logging on and trying to use the site. This is generally early in the morning but not for very long so please try accessing the site again a little later. Q: How do I know my online booking has been confirmed?

A: As soon as you have booked you will receive by return a confirmation email detailing everything you have booked for your holiday. Within 48 hours of making your booking you will receive your e-invoice and a copy of our holiday terms and conditions.

Q: I have booked my holiday online, can I view my booking online?

A: You will be able to view your bookings online, as long as you have your booking details with you to retrieve your booking. All details regarding your holiday or flight and what elements have been booked will be available on the confirmation email which will be emailed to you just after you have made your booking online. No amendments or cancellations can be made to your online booking, only for viewing and printing. You must call 020 7183 3661 to make any amendment to existing bookings.

Q: Are there any restrictions to my flight, accommodation or holiday package when I book online?

A: There are a few minor restrictions when booking some of our flights, accommodation and holiday packages online. Group bookings - Groups over 9 may require us to request your flight or accommodation to the supplier to ensure they have the availability and to hold the seats or rooms required and to see if we can facilitate any potential group booking discount on your behalf. Group booking discounts are not combinable with any online or affiliate booking discount. Multi-centre and Tour holidays need to be booked through an online enquiry or phone call to our call centre due to the complex nature of setting up the itineraries and requesting the necessary elements beforehand.

 

Call our helpful reservations team on 020 7183 3661 to request your holiday itinerary. Booking more than one holiday or several different accommodation or flights at a time you will need to make a separate booking for each one or call our helpful travel consultants to confirm the multiple bookings in one call.

Q: Can I fly in and out of different airports?

A: Most definitely, but is dependent on the destination you are flying to. To find out further details on where you can fly in and out from, please contact our Reservations Team on 020 7183 3661

Q: Can I make a booking where people travelling in my party are leaving from different UK airports but all meeting up in resort?

A: Yes you can. We have flight programmes from many UK airports and multiple departure points can be made subject to availability. Please call our helpful travel consultants on 020 7183 3661 to book this for you.
