If your flight has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak, please DO NOT try to call us.

If your departure is within the next four weeks, email us on customerservices@globehunters.info

To help us locate your booking, please include your departure date, invoice number and airline in the subject line, and the following in your message:

Lead passenger name
Departure date
Invoice number
Airline
Route

We will work through all requests in date of departure order, liaising with our suppliers and airline partners for the same.

Please note this may take several weeks due to the high demand. We are experiencing very high call volumes so please call us only if you have your travel within the next 7 days.

Please select your airline from the below list to see if a policy has been issued to waive change and cancellation fees due to this event.

If there are no policies that state to waive cancel fees, you will be subject to normal airline policy rules and restrictions, including all penalty fees.
