Dubai: Sightseeing Guide

Dubai has many spectacular sights to see, many of which are architectural masterpieces. Stop by the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, this is an internationally renowned hotel that’s built in the shape of a sail and is supposed to be one of the most luxurious hotels in the world. Make your way to the top of the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa and see an exhibit on the building’s history.

Dubai is filled with many luxury resorts, for example the Atlantis at The Palm Jumeirah has an aquarium, restaurants and plenty of shops to enjoy.

One of the best ways to see Dubai’s impressive architecture is by going on a boat ride across Dubai Creek. Jump on a boat at Abra Dock in Bur Dubai and ride in a traditional wooden boat. Head to the Dubai Fountain at night and see the world’s largest choreographed fountain system light up in the dark.

Dubai boasts many great beaches but perhaps the most famous is Jumeirah Beach. Here you can sunbathe on the white sands and take a dip in the cool waters. Dubai is also a fantastic destination for families because there is so much to do, take the kids to Wild Wadi Water Park or Dubai Dolphinarium for a fun day out.

Believe it or not you can also go skiing in Dubai at Ski Dubai in The Mall of the Emirates. Take a moment away from the intense heat and do a few runs on the cool slopes.

It’s definitely worth making time to take a day trip to the desert where you can experience all sorts of adventures, from sand boarding to camel riding and jeep rides through the sand dunes.
