New Heathrow Express App

Travellers can now use the Heathrow Express App to help navigate and utilise Heathrow airport’s services plus make the transfer between Heathrow and Central London better.

With the App, tickets can be booked on the move with mobile tickets issued straight to your smartphone. It also displays the time of the next train departure and live service updates.

Fraser Brown, commercial director, said the “slick new app” will help improve the Heathrow experience particularly for frequent fl yers. “Tickets appear directly on your smartphone, so there’s no need to queue at any point,” he added.

The new app, launched this month, also allows users to save multiple payment cards securely (boasting PCI DSS security compliance). It provides advanced service notifications based on travel dates as well as the ability to manage personal details on the move.
