What To See in Orlando


Orlando has so many amazing things to see and do that you will struggle to know where to start. For family fun head to the theme parks and experience the magic of Disneyland where there is 25,000 acres of rides and attractions. See marine wildlife at SeaWorld or celebrate the world of film at Universal Studios where you can experience all your favourite movies like never before.

If you want to escape the crowds and enjoy nature then take a trip to Harry P. Leu Gardens where there are more than 1,000 rose bushes. Lake Eola Park has plenty of water based activities and quiet spots to unwind. Wildlife fans will also enjoy visiting Gatorland, described as ‘Orlando's best half-day attraction’. Here you can zoom down a zip line over crocodiles and alligators and get up close and personal with Orlando’s native inhabitants. For a once in a lifetime experience, spend some time at Discovery Cove where you can swim with dolphins and snorkel amongst tropical fish.

Florida is also becoming known for its luxury spas, there are plenty of serene spas where you can get pampered for an afternoon. If you have spent several days running around theme parks spending some time in a relaxing spa is the perfect way to unwind.

Don’t forget to save extra space in your luggage, because there are plenty of opportunities to shop in Orlando. For designer shops head to Mall at Millennia or for a choice of 250 stores do some shopping in The Florida Mall. There are also numerous outlet centres if you are looking for some bargains.

If think rockets are more exciting than roller coasters then make sure you visit Kennedy Space Center where you can see a space shuttle and sit in a space capsule.
